Hyphal Connectivity / State Transfer Study

Experiment to test whether the two electrical clusters on the baseline block are independent mycelial networks or simply weakly coupled regions. We'll adjust the number of shared hyphae (or bridge them with new inoculation points) and observe whether their daily "states" converge.

  • Track state alignment before/after adding connecting hyphae.
  • Use the hourly state classifier to quantify synchronization.
